Safari Camping offers direct access to Rebild Hills and Rold Forest. Here, you stay close to nature, with plenty of opportunities for both relaxing days and active experiences right outside your door.

Several of the area’s popular nature attractions are within easy reach of the campsite. Madum Lake is approximately 5 km away, while Store Økssø can be reached on a trip through the forest. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling and is also popular with mountain bikers, with several challenging trails nearby.

Safari Camping is also a good base for canoe trips on the Lindenborg River, early-morning fishing and visits to local museums and attractions.

Facilities for the whole family

The campsite has facilities for both children and adults. Children can enjoy the 100 m² inflatable jumping pillow and the playground with a zip line.

Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, an activity room, coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, an accessible shower and toilet, and a small convenience shop.

Stay in a log cabin

Safari Camping also offers log cabins for up to six people. The cabins cover 22 m² and have both a sleeping loft and a covered terrace.

Each cabin is furnished with a double bed, two bunk beds and two sleeping places in the loft. There is also a kitchenette with a table and chairs, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a coffee maker, kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery.

The covered terrace has outdoor furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy your meals outside and end the day in peaceful surroundings close to the forest.
