The downhill track in Rold Forest is intended for experienced mountain bikers looking for a technical and challenging ride.
The track is 450 metres long and includes several extreme and difficult sections.
It is classified as an orange track and requires a high level of technique, control and experience.

Rules
- The track is reserved for specially designed freeride mountain bikes.
- Riders must have completed a safety course and hold a valid licence.
- The track is closed by barriers. A licence provides access.
- An approved full-face helmet, back protector, knee pads, gloves and goggles are strongly recommended.
- Do not ride beyond your ability, and do not ride alone.
- Do not stop in the middle of the track, behind obstacles or in places where approaching riders cannot see you.
- Everyone has the right to use the surrounding area, and it is your responsibility to show consideration.
- Please guide spectators to places where they can stand safely.
- Protect the track. Avoid hard braking. Special mud tyres are not permitted.
- The track must not be altered under any circumstances, and no new features may be built elsewhere in the forest.
- Mountain biking is not permitted in the heathland of Rebild Hills.
- In the event of an accident, call 112 and use the 112 app.
- The nearest address is the Stendalen car park, Stendalsvej 26, 9520 Skørping.
Safety rules for spectators
- Do not walk or cycle on the track.
- Only cross the track where there is a clear view in both directions.
- Respect all signs, markings and instructions from riders.
