Safari Camping has direct access to Rebild Bakker and Rold Forest. Here, you stay close to nature with plenty of opportunities for both relaxing days and active experiences right outside your door.

From the campsite, you are within easy reach of several of the area’s natural attractions. Madum Lake is approx. 5 km away, and Store Økssø can be reached on a walk through the forest. The area is well suited for hiking and cycling and is popular among mountain bike enthusiasts, with some of the most challenging routes nearby.

Safari Camping is also a good starting point for canoe trips on Lindenborg Å, early-morning fishing trips and visits to local museums and attractions.

The campsite offers various facilities for both children and adults. Children can enjoy the 100 m² bouncy pillow and the playground with a zipline, while guests have access to Wi-Fi, an activity room, coin-operated laundry, tumble dryer, accessible shower and toilet, as well as a small minimarket.

Safari Camping also offers log cabins for up to 6 people. The cabins have 22 m² of floor space, a loft and a covered terrace. They are furnished with a double bed, two bunk beds and two sleeping spaces in the loft.

Each cabin has a kitchenette with a table and chairs, a fridge with a small freezer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. On the terrace, you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.
