Madumsøhus Ice Cream Bar is beautifully located by Madum Sø in Rold Skov and is an ideal stop when your trip takes you through the forest or down to the lake.

Here you can enjoy authentic Italian ice cream from Bravissimo, made in Bologna with carefully selected ingredients from Italy and the Mediterranean region. Try, for example, Limone with lemons from Sicily, Nocciola with hazelnuts from Piedmont, or one of the many other creamy flavours.

The ice cream bar also serves coffee, tea, iced coffee, cold beer, water and snacks. Outdoor seating is available, so you can take a break in the scenic surroundings close to Madum Sø.

Madumsøhus has been run by the family for generations, with the name Karl appearing again and again through the family line. Together, the family discovered the Italian ice cream that can now be enjoyed by the lake in the heart of Rold Skov.
