Bundgaardens Økologi

Bundgaardens Økologi is a 100% organic farm in Himmerland, focusing on Danish quality products, good taste and care for nature. The farm is located close to the Lille Vildmose nature reserve, where the special natural conditions provide excellent opportunities for growing flavourful Vildmose potatoes.

The potatoes are grown and harvested on the farm’s own fields, keeping the journey from soil to finished product short. Bundgaardens Økologi works with organic produce and offers, among other things, potatoes and carrots for both private and professional customers.

Danish organic products

The range includes Danish organic potatoes and carrots. Potato varieties may vary according to the season, and it is possible to contact Bundgaardens Økologi to learn more about the current varieties.

Bundgaardens Økologi is also approved as an organic potato peeling facility. This means they can supply potatoes and carrots to large-scale kitchens, hotels, canteens and other professional kitchens – washed, peeled and cut. The products are sold in bags of 1, 2.5 or 5 kilos.

Fruit boxes for private customers and businesses

In addition to vegetables, Bundgaardens Økologi also offers fruit boxes for both private customers and businesses. The fruit delivery scheme can be adapted for workplaces that would like organic fruit delivered once or several times a week.

Organic production with respect for nature

Bundgaardens Økologi runs its entire production organically and places emphasis on taste, quality and consideration for nature. With fields close to Lille Vildmose, the surrounding landscape is a natural part of the farm’s story and way of working.
