Rold Skov 10 km Running Trail is a longer and varied trail starting at Skørping Skole. From here, you quickly reach the forest and can enjoy a run on forest roads, paths and soft natural surfaces along the way.
The trail is part of the Rold Skov running trails, where you will also find the 5 km trail and the 2.1 km Health Trail. It has been created in collaboration with Skørping Idrætscenter, FREM Skørping and Rebild Municipality.
A longer run in the forest
The 10 km trail is ideal when you want a longer run in green surroundings close to Skørping. The trail takes you through the forest and offers good variation, with calm stretches, natural turns and soft forest surfaces along the way.
You will run on both forest roads and forest floor. This gives the trail a varied and natural feel, where you can get your heart rate up while enjoying the sense of being right in the middle of Rold Skov.

Rold Skov Trail Centre brings together several opportunities for active outdoor experiences. In addition to the 10 km trail, the area also offers the 5 km trail, a half marathon trail, MTB trails, orienteering courses, ski trails, a swimming course and a natural fitness course.
Plan your trip
Take a look at the trail map before you set off, so you know the starting point and the trail through the forest. Choose shoes and clothing according to the weather, and please show consideration for other visitors in the area.
Please note that you are not allowed to use any prepared ski tracks. On the sections of the trail that run across the forest floor, cycling and horse riding are not permitted.
