Look forward to a beautiful summer day filled with opera, nature and a very special atmosphere when Opera in Rebild once again brings music under the open sky to Rebild Bakker.

On Sunday 9 August 2026, the Opera Site in Rebild sets the stage for a musical experience with Danish and international soloists, Aalborg Symphony Orchestra and Preben Kristensen as host.

Here, audiences can enjoy the concert in the middle of the green landscape and create their own opera picnic. Bring your own picnic, or order a picnic bag from Rebildhus or a picnic basket from Rold Storkro.

Opera in Rebild is a special opportunity to experience great musical moments in the natural amphitheatre of Rebild Bakker – a day of presence, community and summer atmosphere in the heart of Himmerland.
