At Bagtanker in Skørping, homemade sourdough bread is an important part of the experience. Here, a love of good baking meets simple, tasty food made with a focus on quality and good ingredients.

The concept can best be described as thoughtful semi-fast-food. Bagtanker works with organic sourdough bread and aims to use as many organic ingredients as possible. At the same time, the food is made with a minimum of additives – because the flavour should come from the ingredients and good craftsmanship.

Café close to Rold Skov

Bagtanker is a great place to take a break before or after a trip to Rold Skov. Here, you can enjoy freshly baked bread, a good cup of coffee, a meal or a glass of wine in relaxed surroundings.

Almost everything served at Bagtanker is homemade. This applies to both the baked goods and the food, where the sourdough bread often plays a natural leading role – whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The café is located in the same building as Skørping Sports Centre, but has its own entrance from the car park.
